Selection Method
First of all, the spiral chute will be erected, aligned with the vertical line, fixed with iron frame or wood in a suitable orientation, by the sand slurry pump to let the sand and ore sent to the spiral above the 2 feed ports; then add water, adjust the density of the slurry, let the ore paddle natural from high to low spin flow, in the cyclone of the slope flow speed to produce a kind of inertia to centrifugal force, to the specific gravity of ore sand, particle size, the state of the difference; and then through the gravity of the spin flow and centrifugal force to the utility, let the sand and ore separate; finally the selected ore into the concentrate bucket with a pipe to pick up, the tailing sand into the tailing sand bucket with a pipe to move to the sand pond, and then the slurry pump discharge, to complete the entire process of mineral processing.
