Gravity separation gold processing plant for gold recovery

The plant is designed around a fully gold gravity separation processing flowsheet, ideal for the client’s free-milling gold ore. The core equipment supplied by our company includes:

Jaw Crusher – for primary crushing of run-of-mine ore to a suitable feed size(<25mm)

Ball Mill – for fine grinding to liberate gold particles from the gangue

Spiral Classifier – in closed circuit with the ball mill to control grinding fineness and ensure optimal particle size distribution

Spiral Chute – as the primary roughing concentrator, pre-concentrating gold-bearing materials before final upgrading

Shaking Tables – as the primary gravity concentrators to recover fine gold with high efficiency

This well-proven combination delivers a simple yet highly effective separation process, recovering coarse and fine free gold without the need for chemicals, making it both cost-effective and environmentally responsible.

On-site support and training

Beyond equipment supply, our team provided comprehensive on-site technical guidance during installation and commissioning. Our engineers worked closely with the client’s operating crew to ensure correct assembly, alignment, and startup of all machinery.
