Flotation machine is the abbreviation of flotation concentrator, which is a common mineral processing equipment, it mainly separates the ore from the waste rock by the attachment of air bubbles and ore particles.
The flotation machine mainly includes components such as feed box, mixer, air source, flotation tank, scraper and mud release port.
1. The impeller of the mixing device is made of abrasive rubber, which enhances the wear resistance
2. No running parts in the flotation machine tank, easy to maintain and repair.
3. Equipped with liquid level self-control he electric control device, high degree of froth refinement, thus improving the effect of flotation
4. The impeller is always in the active state in the machine, which plays the role of removing the accumulated material and debris, reducing the phenomenon of damaging the parts due to debris.
When the flotation machine is working, the selector is driven by the motor v-belt drive to rotate the impeller, resulting in centrifugal action to form negative pressure, on the one hand, inhaling sufficient air to mix with the pulp, on the other hand, stirring the pulp to mix with the drug, while refining the foam, so that minerals bonded above the foam, floating to the surface of the pulp and then forming mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the gate to control the liquid level, so that the useful foam is scraped out by the scraper.
After the coal slurry and pharmaceuticals are fully mixed, they are fed to the bottom of the tank in the first chamber of the flotation machine. After the impeller rotates, negative pressure is formed in the cavity of the wheel, which makes the slurry under the tank and in the tank enter the mixing area by the lower and upper suction ports of the impeller respectively, and also makes the air enter the mixing area along the air guide sleeve, where the slurry, air and pharmaceuticals are mixed.
Under the action of centrifugal force of impeller, the mixed slurry enters the mineralization zone, the air forms bubbles and is crushed and fully contacts with coal particles to form mineralization bubbles, which are evenly distributed in the trough section under the action of stator and turbulent plate and move upward into the separation zone, enriching to form foam layer and discharged by scraping bubble mechanism to form fine coal foam.
