Spiral chute is suitable for sorting iron ore, ilmenite, chromite, sulphide iron ore, zircon, rutile, monazite, phosphorite, tungsten ore, tin ore, tantalum ore, niobium ore and other non-ferrous metals, rare metals and non-metallic ore objects with specific gravity difference.

In order to ensure the normal operation of the spiral chute, regular maintenance is required.
1. need to regularly check the spiral chute tube and chute internal wear, if found excessive wear, need to be replaced in a timely manner.
2. need to regularly clean the impurities inside the spiral chute tube and chute to avoid blockage.
3. need to regularly lubricate the bearings inside the spiral chute tube and chute to reduce wear.
Spiral chute will stand up, calibrate the vertical line, fixed in a suitable position with iron frame or wood, the sand pump will send the ore to the top of the spiral two inlets, add supplementary water, adjust the concentration of the ore paddle, the ore paddle naturally from high to downward spiral flow, in the rotating slope flow rate to produce a kind of inertia of centrifugal force to the specific gravity of the ore sand, particle size, shape differences, through the role of gravity and centrifugal force of the spiral flow, the ore and sand are separated, the concentrate flows into the concentrate bucket with a pipe to pick up, the tailing sand flows into the tailing sand bucket with a pipe to the sand pond, and then discharged with a sand pump, completing the whole process of mineral processing.
