The complete set of chrome ore processing plant equipment used in 2000T/D chrome ore gravity separation plant in South Africa, with a design capacity of 2000 tonnes per day, 21% grade of raw ore and 46% grade of concentrate.
1. Crushing
The chrome ore is coarse crushed by jaw crusher, conveyed to jaw crusher for secondary crushing by belt, and the final product enters into powder ore bin.
2. Grinding.
Chrome ore through the feeder, belt conveyor into the ball mill grinding, slurry with a pump to hit the cyclone classification, coarse particles into the ball mill regrinding, qualified products (-100 mesh 80%) into the re-selection
3. Gravity Separation;
The slurry is re-selected by spiral chute, the middle ore returns to the ball mill for regrinding, the concentrate then enters the shaking table for secondary selection, and the fine powder is the final product.
4. Dewatering;
Concentrate powder, and tailings return water flows into the sedimentation tank for two-stage sedimentation, and then the clean water returns to the system.
