Through our sales manager and engineers' communication with Mr. Danelia, the production line has been installed and commissioned, and all production indicators have reached expectations.

Fluorite flotation Process Flow:

Equipment: Vibrating Feeder - Jaw Crusher -- Vibrating Screen - Ball Mill - Spiral Classifier--Flotation Machine ---Concentrator--- Rotary Dryer

The fluorite is fed by vibrating feeder into stone crusher equipment (jaw crusher or cone crusher) to crush it to qualified size, after that it is sent to ball mill for 

grinding and processing using elevator and tape conveyor, after grinding and processing the fluorite enters spiral classifier for sorting, the role of spiral separator is to wash and classify, 

after that it enters flotation machine for flotation and purification, the flotation process can be high grade fluorite ore from other associated materials, concentrated by the concentrator and dried by the dryer to obtain the required material.
