The process is simple in operation, large in capacity, low investment cost, high sorting efficiency and high chrome ore enrichment.

Gravity magnetic separation process

Chrome ore is weakly magnetic, so magnetic separation is also a commonly used process to extract chrome concentrate, but magnetic separation is rarely used alone, generally used in conjunction with gravity separation so that the grade of chrome concentrate can be further improved.
